The Training Factory is a unique complex focused on providing a comfortable environment where you’ll find state-of-the-art equipment and a comprehensive balance of programs.
With 7,200 square-feet of spacious environment, you will be able to get the most out of your training, on your own time.
The Training Factory is well equipped to accommodate all fitness levels. With over 50 pieces of equipment and certified trainers on-site, we’ll help you unlock your potential and get the results you want.
Various types of strength equipment including; Nautilus Nitro, Hammer Strength, MedX, Cybex, Magnum, and Lifetime Fitness. Along with 2 Dumbbell areas with weights ranging from 5lbs – 125lbs. The strength areas are designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels, from an absolute beginner to an advanced weight lifter.
In addition, we offer a space for members to utilize for additional unique training opportunities. A variety of equipment is available for use in this area, including a 50’ CrossFit Rig, TRX, stability balls, medicine balls, yoga and floor mats, balance disc, gliding discs, bosu balls, rubber coated dumbbells and resistance bands/tubing.
A variety of state of the art cardio equipment, including Treadmills, Peloton Bikes, Assault Bikes, and Concept 2 Rowers
Individual unisex showers are available for both the men and women. Day lockers are available for storage of belongings.
Meagan is a 2009 graduate of Michigan State University where she received her bachelors in exercise science with cognates in health promotion and fitness leadership. Halliwill is a level 1 coach through USA Track and Field and is also a certified sports performance coach through USA Weightlifting. Halliwill has been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and has worked with athletes at the high school, college and professional levels.
While at MSU, Halliwill was a varsity athlete on the Track and Field team, specializing in the hammer and weight throw. Upon graduating, Halliwill continued her career as a professional Track and Field athlete until she retired in 2011. Halliwill specializes in Olympic sports strength and conditioning programming.

USAW-L1SP- level 1 sports performance coach through USA Weightlifting covers the proper form and implementation of the clean and jerk and snatch movements.
Matt Warner is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in coaching from Michigan State University. Warner has worked with All-American athletes competing in fifteen different Division I sports through the MSU Athletic Department’s Strength and Conditioning Program and has trained multiple NHL players. He has more than 20+years of experience as a personal trainer and is the founder and owner of Premier Muscle Training, L.L.C.
Warner’s emphasis is to provide a comprehensive strength and conditioning program that includes education as well as mental and physical motivation to help each individual reach their maximum potential.

Kirk Henske has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and is the owner of MTCTrainer. Kirk’s philosophy is that the Mind and Tissue (body) are Connected and training that mind-body connection is key in moving better, decreasing pain, increasing mobility and reaching optimum athletic performance. Kirk has trained individuals ranging from 8-90 year’s old and knows that every individual needs a custom plan. Kirk specializes in injury/post-surgical rehab, and senior training but has helped develop successful sports performance programs for athletes of all ages and levels.

Ryan has been in the fitness industry since 2005, and a full-time trainer the past 14 years. He specializes in injury rehab, specifically knees, low back, and shoulders. Ryan’s clients range in age from 10 to 85 years of age.
Ryan is a huge believer in sustainability and makes that a point of emphasis in his training practices.

Patrick Taylor has been in the wellness industry for over 25 years promoting a synergy between
progressive therapy massage and personal training programs for athletes, special populations
and injury rehabilitation.
At MSU, PT earned B.S. degrees in Psychology (‘95), Exercise Science (‘98), and interned with
the Varsity Strength and Conditioning Program (‘96-’98). He was the Spa Coordinator at the
University Club of MSU (2002-present), coached the highest levels of Women’s Roller Derby
(2010-2016), and since 2019 is an Adjunct Professor with LCC’s Massage Therapy program. He
is the owner and founder of PTxPT Massage Therapy.
